"It profits me but little that a vigilant authority always protects the tranquillity of my pleasures and constantly averts all dangers from my path, without my care or concern, if this same authority is the absolute master of my liberty and my life."

Veteran's Day

Every day all year every year we go about our business, working, playing, raising our children, in the safety ensured by the sacrifice of our men and women (but mostly men) in our armed services.   We ask them to do much; they ask for very little in return.  Today we honor their service, and the memory of the fallen.   God Bless them.
